Official Transportation SRQ, LLC is a ground transportation company based at 146 San Carrara Ct in Bradenton. We do pre-booked work only: airport transfers to and from Sarasota-Bradenton International, Tampa International, St Pete-Clearwater and Punta Gorda; cruise transfers to Port Manatee and Tampa; and scheduled local trips — medical appointments where somebody cannot drive home afterwards, wedding parties, golf groups, and the long list of seasonal residents who fly in every November with more luggage than a sedan will hold.
There are four of us driving. Every vehicle is commercially insured, inspected on the state schedule and registered for hire with Manatee County. We are not a taxi rank and we are not an app — nothing is dispatched to a stranger, no trip is taken off the street, and the fare you are quoted when you book is the fare on the invoice.

Yes. Official Transportation SRQ, LLC is an active Florida LLC, document number L19000220126, carries commercial auto liability on every vehicle and holds a Manatee County vehicle-for-hire registration. Certificates are sent on request.
At SRQ, kerbside at baggage claim once you have your bags. At TPA, on the arrivals level of the correct airside after you take the shuttle. The driver texts the vehicle description before you land.
We can carry a folding wheelchair or a walker in any of the vehicles and the Siennas have a low step-in. We are not equipped for a non-folding power chair and will say so when you ask rather than turning up unable to help.
Yes, for weddings, tours and evening groups — $45 for the first hour and $40 per hour after, quoted as a block when you book.
Regular customers usually do. There are only four of us and we assign by who is free that morning, which we confirm to you the day before.
No. Every trip is booked in advance so the vehicle and driver are held for you. We do not take street hails and we are not on any rideshare platform.
