This policy explains what information Official Transportation SRQ, LLC collects from people who visit this website or email us to book a trip, how that information is used, and how long it is kept. It applies to mutribn.shop and to the email address published on it.

Who we are

Official Transportation SRQ, LLC is a Florida limited liability company, document number L19000220126, with its principal address at 146 San Carrara Ct, Bradenton, FL 34208, United States. The company owns this website, owns the advertising account used to promote it, and drives every trip itself. No broker, dispatch platform or third-party operator handles bookings on our behalf, and we do not pass enquiries to other car services.

What we collect

• What you send us to arrange a trip. Normally a name, an email address, a phone number, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, the number of passengers and bags, and — for an airport arrival — the airline and flight number so we can track the landing time.
• Standard server data. Our hosting provider records the usual request information — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser or crawler user agent — for security and uptime purposes.

This site has no login, no booking engine and no payment form. Card details are never collected through the website; payment is taken in the vehicle at the end of the trip or invoiced to a corporate account.

How we use it

• To quote the fare and confirm the booking in writing.
• To assign a vehicle and driver and to reach you on the day about the pickup.
• To track the flight number you gave us so we are there when you actually land.
• To invoice for the trip and keep the records Florida law and our insurer require.
• To keep this site available and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. Pickup addresses are treated as confidential — they tell people when a house is empty.

Cookies and analytics

This is a plain static site. It sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own and runs no tracking scripts. If we advertise, the advertising platform may set its own cookies under that platform's policies, which you can control through your browser settings or the platform's own preference tools.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become trips are deleted within about twelve months. Records of trips we actually drove — the booking, the invoice and the fare — are kept for the period required for tax, insurance and county licensing purposes and then deleted. Server logs are rotated by our host on a short cycle.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the owner and the driver assigned to your trip, and the driver receives only the addresses, the time and your contact number. Our email provider and our website host process data on our behalf as service providers. We disclose anything further only where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by writing to the address below. We answer within thirty days. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we remove your details from our booking and reminder lists.

Children

Bookings are made by adults. Children travel with us frequently, in child seats we provide on request, but we do not collect information directly from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. The version shown here is always the one in force.
